Pacifico Azul started as a small restaurant in Garza over sixteen years ago, and soon moved to Playa Guiones so we could pursue our dream of sharing the seafood recipes we had been raised on by our our family.
Today you can still find my wife Melissa in the kitchen, our daughter Camila hostessing and waiting on customers, our young son Ignacio exploring around the restaurant, and myself, Carlos, behind the bar or out on the floor, greeting new and returning customers alike.
It is our pleasure to have you in our restaurant, whether it be under the starry skies of our outdoor area or under the covered open air seating area!

Our family has lived in Garza for over four generations, and we were raised on the seafood our family caught. Many of our recipes are those very same ones we learned and ate as children. Today, many of our family members still earn their living fishing the waters of Costa Rica.
Much of the seafood and produce we serve from our kitchen is sourced locally from family and friends and the surrounding community. Mahi mahi, tuna, red snapper, sea bass, and octopus are sourced directly from our family and friends.
